I wanted to develop the particular skills that the course was offering and to ensure that all compartments of my brain would remain fully functional and well oiled!
It more than met my expectations in all respects. The tutorial support was excellent and the response to assignment submissions and emails was always prompt. Jennie’s attention to detail, comments, and guidance, were focused and constructive, and were invariably delivered in a supportive and congenial manner.
The course content was varied, intelligible, skilfully organised and presented, explicitly detailed and informative, with excellent link references. It progresses very smoothly from lesson to lesson.
I learned a global portrayal of the role of the proofreader and copy editor, the complexities of the tasks involved and how best to address them.
