If you decide that your course is not right for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of enrolling.

For tutor-supported courses, we will cancel your enrolment, withdraw access to the Online Learning Area and refund your course fee.

For self-study short courses, our guarantee applies provided that you have not completed more than 25% of the course or received your CMP diploma. This gives you the opportunity to explore the course while protecting the digital content from being completed and then refunded.

If you request immediate access to a digital course, your statutory right to cancel may end once you begin accessing the content. However, CMP’s own 14-day money-back guarantee will still apply under the conditions above.

Approved refunds will be processed within five working days, although they may take longer to appear in your account. Refunds will normally be returned using your original payment method.
