I wanted to get more in-depth knowledge on editing and get a certificate for editing to add to my CV.
It was very easy to do this course online at a distance, even in another country. Also, the instructions and feedback were thorough.
My emails were always answered within hours and my course work was marked very quickly. Communication was always pleasant and personal.
I have received very good feedback and insights and always got elaborate answers to my questions.
Some of the content was not relevant for all types of editing jobs, but it was still good to see the whole picture. Also, I learned about copyright and trademarks, which I didn’t know much about.
I learned to be even more precise in my editing and have once again seen the importance of a good system (step-by-step editing strategy) and techniques. Also, I learned that I need to practice reading at a higher speed, to help me work faster.
I would definitely recommend the course to a friend.
