I had done some pro bono proofreading for a new indie author, knowing I was a novice at it, and it spurred me on to learn more about it and become more professional.
The course met all my expectations, and covered topics I would never have thought were necessary for a career in proofreading and editing.
The administration was very prompt, and the communication I had with Cleland and Jennie was very friendly and helpful.
I found my tutor, Jennie Harborth, very helpful and friendly. Her knowledge of the subject is huge and she managed to point me in the right direction a couple of times when I felt lost!
The course content is very thorough and covers a huge range of topics.
I found the course very enjoyable. It was challenging, but knowing I had my tutor there if I needed her was great.
I would most definitely recommend the course to a friend.
