I felt like I wanted a new challenge and this is something I could do to get more work. I am already a freelance administrator.

I wasn’t sure what to expect but I felt the course was good and covered a lot. The tutor support was very helpful and supportive, and the content was good and very thorough.

I learnt how to begin to proofread and copy edit. I also felt the need to do extra reading and studying as well. We were on Lockdown so I did have more time than I would usually!

Overall, it was very good. Some parts were a bit difficult but I think that is just because of the level I am personally at.
