I feel that the course fully met my expectations, in teaching me the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to work freelance.
My queries were answered very promptly and fully. My tutor was very friendly and approachable, and her tone was always supportive and encouraging. I felt it was important to have the tutor feedback to provide confidence and reassurance.
The course covered a wide range of learning material to ensure that the necessary skills were taught. The activities in each lesson were very useful to enable me to practise before undertaking the assignments.
The lessons were easy to read and very informative. The background information and relevant links were also very useful.
As well as learning the necessary skills to be a proofreader and editor, the course taught me how to be disciplined and organised in my approach to work. My interest has deepened and I now know for certain that this is what I want to do.
