I recently completed the CMP proofreading and editing course and am now about to start their webediting course because I am so impressed with the outcome of the first one.
I found the course comprehensive and very practical. The tutor response was incredibly fast including the return of marked assignments, very often in a few hours, on weekends or at night.
My tutor, Cleland, was also very supportive and helped me build my confidence.
I got work immediately when I finished, as was promised, and am still busy proofreading and editing a brand new website due to be launched soon, with ongoing work on any new copy.
I have done many distance learning courses before, and have abandoned a few due to something the course provider was not addressing, so I was a bit sceptical when I signed up to this one, but I can highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get in to their chosen field quickly and with confidence.
