The tutorial support was excellent. I appreciated receiving detailed and encouraging feedback and critique. Extremely useful.
The course content is broad and detailed. It covers many of the aspects I expected, and a few that I hadn’t considered. I particularly enjoyed the way examples are used to place the lessons in context, and I was impressed by how up-to-date the course is.
The course filled a few gaps in my knowledge, particularly around PR and press releases, and industry codes of practice and legislation.
