I wanted to do something different after being made redundant. The course met my expectations in every way.
The administration was absolutely first class, and the communication was really great.
My tutor, Jennie Harborth, was fantastic. She made me feel really good about myself and gave me factual feedback and gave me coaching in the things I was not quite so good on.
The content of the course was first class.
The course has made me a better person, it has made me realise to what detail you have to go in to to proofread and my eye for detail has improved. I now know that I would love to be a proofreader and my confidence has been boosted.
I do not think the course could be improved. There is always help at hand if you are unsure or confused and the papers are marked incredibly quickly and there is always really good feedback.
I would definitely recommend to friends.
