It was very easy to contact the tutors and get quick feedback and answers to questions. The messaging interface in the online learning area is very helpful. The course covered more than I thought it would.
I learnt that I really enjoy proofreading! I got a real kick out of delving deeper into the processes and guidelines behind the skill. It was so useful to hone that skill and get invaluable insight into how things work in the world of proofreading and editing.
