The course exceeded my expectations. The varied topics (some were totally new to me) stretched my writing skills at times but was really enjoyable throughout.
My tutor, Lucy Van Biljon, gave great feedback with every assignment. Offering suggestions where I might improve things but also giving great encouragement when I wrote well. Her enthusiasm and support for my work was very positive and helpful throughout.
Very comprehensive and varied with assignments that often needed very different approaches and skills to complete.
I feel I now have what it takes to be a copywriter. I discovered which topics that I’ll probably avoid undertaking as a freelance, but I also surprised myself at times with topics I was initially doubtful about but actually really enjoyed and found I was quite good at.
