This course surpassed my expectations. I had a bad experience with other distance learning courses, but CMP offered a great lesson list, relevant to everything I wanted to learn.
Rachel was a fantastic mentor: quick to respond and explain any difficulties. The tutorial support was fantastic!
The content was very relevant and informative. There was always a challenge, and I learned a full range of fantastic techniques to proofread and edit effectively.
I also learned most importantly to check and check again. The importance of style guides was interesting and learning the official proofreading marks was great as it was put in to practice rather than just learning from an internet site.
The course offers fantastic value for money, and the freedom to study as and when you can fit it around your life.
It provided far more support than other courses I looked in to prior to signing up, including the courses at the London School of Publishing (LSP). I feel I got far more for my money than I would have received there.
