More success on menu for food journalism course graduate

Food journalism course graduate, Soha DarwishCMP food journalism course graduate, Soha Darwish, has been recruited as a food writer for a leading coffee shop in the United Arab Emirates.

Soha, who graduated from our online food journalism course last year, is freelancing for Maison Maatouk Du Café in Abu Dhabi.

As well as writing, she is helping with the menu design and development.

Maison Maatouk Du Café specialises in freshly roasted premium coffee and even roast and grind it in front of customers.

Soha has also worked for the Melius restaurant in Abu Dhabi.
