Many blogging course students use questions to try and stimulate responses. But is this good practice?

There’s no right or wrong answer to this question.

We tell students on our blogging courses that if they chose a strong subject and write about it effectively, people will respond, whether or not they ask questions.

And conversely, if they’ve chosen a boring subject and haven’t engaged the readers, no amount of questions will get a response.
So questions can work. But they are unlikely to turn a poor post into a strong one.
